Coffee grounds are rich in phosphorus, magnesium, potassium and nitrogen compounds, which are released quite slowly, so the effect of such a natural fertilizer is definitely prolonged. But which pot plants can be fertilized with coffee grounds? These are mainly ferns, cacti, African violets and anthuriums.

There is still a question how to make this natural fertilizer? You need 1-2 teaspoons per glass of water – mix everything and wait until the grounds swell. Then simply water the flowers of your choice. Repeat this procedure every two weeks.

Additionally, you can also use undrinkable coffee (clean, without milk, sugar, syrup or spices), but remember to dilute it with water in a ratio of 1:5.
